Bill Best Named President of DMD Joint Venture
The DMD, LLC Board of Managers is pleased to announce Mr. Bill Best has been named DMD President. Mr. Best will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all DMD business which focuses on Space and Missile Defense Programs through the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance Contract with the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/U.S. Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT) and includes customers such as USASMDC/ARSTRAT, MDA, PEO Missiles and Space, and other Government Agencies involved in air, space, and missile defense.

DMD Awarded First Task Order Under SETAC 2007
On 6 March 2008, the joint venture of Dynetics, Millennium Engineering, and Davidson Technologies (DMD) was awarded its first task order under the SETAC07 contract. This $79.5M, 31-month effort will support the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Project Office (IAMD PO) of the Program Executive Office for Missiles and Space. A team of 13 DMD subcontractors will perform this effort, with Dynetics leading the task.

DMD Signs SETAC 07 Contract to Support SMDC /
ARSTRAT
On 6 December 2007, DMD, L.L.C. signed the Systems
Engineering and Technical Assistance Contract (SETAC), a
five-year prime contract with the U.S. Army Space and Missile
Defense Command / U.S. Army Forces Strategic Command (SMDC /
ARSTRAT). DMD was one of three small business teams selected
for the award. SETAC has a combined award contract ceiling
value of $247.5 million. This contract enables DMD to support
SMDC / ARSTRAT, the Program Executive Office for Air, Space,
and Missile Defense, and other Government agencies that
conduct business in air, space, and missile defense.

Joint Venture Welcomes New Partner, Changes
Name
Dr. Marc Bendickson, Dynetics, and Dr. Julian Davidson,
Davidson Technologies, announced that Millennium Engineering
and Integration Company (MEI) has become a partner in a joint
venture formed in 2001 to focus the talents of the parent
companies and subcontractor teammates to deliver support to
the Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) and the Missile
Defense Agency (MDA), as well as other space and missile
defense customers.

2003 News Release
DCD Signs General Services Administration (GSA)
Professional Engineering Services (PES) contract
DCD singed a five-year base period Federal Supply Services
(FSS) contract with the GSA for the Electrical Engineering
discipline for PES on September 23, 2003. This five year
contract has a five-year option that when exercised will take
the contract through September 22, 2013.
For this contract, DCD will provide all Electrical
Engineering services associated with the six Special Item
Numbers of category 871. Information

DCD signs SETAC Contract
DCD signed a $921 Million five-year prime contract with the
U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) on 19 April
2002. This contract enables DCD, as a prime contractor to
support SMDC, the Program Executive Office for Air, Space, and
Missile Defense, the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense Joint
Program Office, and other Government agencies that do business
in air, space, and missile defense.
In addition to the DCD Joint Venture partners, Dynetics,
CAS, and Davidson Technologies, the team consists of 47 other
subcontractors that actively support Government agencies in
missile defense-related work. The full DCD Team brings large,
small, disadvantaged, woman-owned, and hubzone businesses
under one prime contractor. The DCD prime contract offers the

April 2002 SETAC Discussions to Begin Soon
Dynetics, CAS, and Davidson has been selected to enter into
discussions with the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command
for the award of a SETAC contract.

Paul Freeman Named DCDJV President
October 2001. Mr. Paul Freeman, a senior
Huntsville aerospace technical and management professional,
has been named President of a new joint venture company:
Dynetics, CAS & Davidson L.L.C. Mr. Freeman will lead
support to military space and missile defense customers across
the nation provided by the joint venture team, which is
comprised of the three Huntsville-headquartered partner
companies and 21 subcontractors.
